(3) I am under no obligation to purchase any product or service as a result of this survey. Participation is entirely voluntary. My consent is not a condition of any purchase.

(4) I may request removal of my data or revoke this consent at any time by contacting Liberty Analytics at contact@libertyanalytics.pro or by informing the canvasser. Revocation will be processed within 10 business days.

(5) This is a survey for data and lead generation purposes only. The canvasser conducting this survey is not making any sales representations or commitments on behalf of any contractor.

(6) I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

(7) Even if my phone number is registered on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list, I consent to be contacted as described above.
